1. Participants sign up to this large scale community exchange of care through the Tickets page. They fill out a booking form and fill out a short questionnaire to help us get to know a bit more about them.

2. The TLC Chefs post a package to participants, containing a small ceramic spoon and instructions amongst other things. Also included is a small description of another participant, based on their answers to the questionnaire. 

 

3. Participants decorate this ceramic spoon for this other participant, using the materials and information provided. 

 

4. Participants arrive at the TLC Kitchen at their booked slot.  The TLC Chefs will guide them through an interactive experience where they meet their exchange partner and receive a bespoke decorated spoon, personal to them and their tastes.

5. Participants leave the TLC Kitchen and return home with their new token of  care which we hope will be used often.
